DR. SAMMIE YINEMAN
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Yineman (pronounced like “cinnamon”) to the practice! She brings a fresh energy and a strong passion for comprehensive general dentistry. Dr. Yineman enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a special focus on Invisalign, advanced restorative care, and treating adults with disabilities. She is committed to providing thoughtful, comfortable, and personalized care for every patient she sees. She is available in our office on Fridays and is currently accepting appointments for both new and existing patients.

Bruce A. Spigner, D.D.S. PC

Dr.Bruce Spigner has been practicing dentistry since 1982. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and a postdoctoral degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in hospital dentistry. While at UCLA, he received additional training in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, sedation, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery.
Dr. Spigner is widely recognized for his expertise in hospital dentistry and served as the founder and Director of Dental Services at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center creating the first hospital dentistry program of its kind in the Valley.
Dr. Spigner’s experience includes all aspects of dentistry including cosmetic, restorative and sedative dentistry and receives referrals from physician and dentists throughout the state. Dr. Spigner is an active member of multiple national, state and local dental organizations. His rigorous education, experience and gentle approach to dental wellness make his patients feel relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Sammie Yineman, D.M.D.

Dr. Sammie Yineman (pronounced like “cinnamon”) grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota, where she attended North Dakota State University and majored in Psychology. She earned both her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and Master’s in Public Health from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. She then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, where she gained extensive clinical experience working with nearly every dental specialist treating highly advanced restorative cases, as well as medically complex patients and patients with disabilities. She is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional, individualized dental care that focuses on the person as a whole while enhancing overall quality of life, not just oral health. She has robust Invisalign experience, allowing her to combine aesthetic precision with functional excellence to create beautiful, healthy smiles. When she's not in the office, you can find her lifting weights, hiking, cycling, doing yoga, reading, cooking, baking, and spoiling her puppies!

Our restorative team members have over 30 years of combined experience in dental assisting. They are compassionate and caring and will treat you like one of their own family. They are gentle and competent in all areas of dentistry and are dedicated to your safety and comfort. All members of Dr. Spigner's team are CPR certified and experienced with treating patients who require special care.
Hygiene Team

Our hygiene team combines almost 30 years of experience in periodontal and dental hygiene care. Armed with a warm smile and a gentle touch, Tena will examine and provide hygiene therapy in order to restore your gums to their optimal health. Tena and April will then educate you on the most recent advances in oral homecare and will teach you how to apply these methods in order maintain your teeth for a lifetime.
